Job Description:

As the Licensing & Permit Manager, you will be responsible for leading our in-house licensing & permit programs, ensuring timely processing of permits and applications, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also oversee the company's business credit card program and act as the primary point of contact for employees with their business credit cards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Research and communicate the status of permits to vendors and employees.
• Assist in managing store and employee license requirements.
• Maintain licenses in the company's system of record.
• Track compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements for licensing/permits and company business cards.
• Foster internal and external relationships to optimize business.
• Support licensing team as a contact for all internal teams and create status updates for licensing projects.
• Complete employee credit applications and submissions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and timely follow-up skills.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Superior data entry skills and experience in handling licenses and permits.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
