Some of the job responsibilities include: Accounts payables Accounts receivables Variance reports CAM reconciliations Bank reconciliations Financial reporting to banks Rent rolls Tenant billing Cash management Journal entries Preparing Leases and lease addendums Vendor relations Tenant relations Having fun Being fun to be around Maintaining a positive attitude Preparing budgets Cash flow forecasting Sales tax preparation Work in conjunction with our outside accounting firm.
