We are seeking a **KITCHEN MANAGER & GENERAL MANAGER, MILWAUKEE, WI, $$50-80K$$!!!** to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. THIS IS FOR A FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT AND WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING NEEDS:
GM - $70-80K
KM - $60K
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH/BOH activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT, 3 YEARS MINIMAL AND RECENTLY!!!!
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
