Your Role with Us: Compassionate Guidance: Lead families through end-of-life and quality of life assessment appointments with warmth, non-judgement, and understanding. Thoughtful Communication: Explain aftercare options and grief support with patience, empathy, and attentive listening, ensuring families feel truly heard and supported. Calm and Empathetic Support: Provide a comforting presence, blending calm assurance with empathetic engagement during appointments. Insightful Interaction: Employ reflective listening to skillfully manage diverse family dynamics and challenging conversations, ensuring each family member feels acknowledged and understood. Tailored Medical Care: Apply expert judgment to determine appropriate end-of-life medical protocols, personalized for each patient. Personalized Professionalism: Maintain a balance of warm professionalism in all interactions, including detailed follow-up communications. Dignified Transport: Respectfully and gently handle the transport of deceased pets, honoring their journey with care. Detail-Oriented Record Keeping: Diligently document medical records and drug logs, ensuring precision and thoroughness. Community Commitment: Actively participate in team efforts to dedicate time each month to our local community or a chosen cause, reinforcing our commitment to making a positive impact beyond our daily services. Requirements: DVM or VMD degree with relevant clinical experience DEA, state licenses, and a valid driver's license Must complete EverLoved Training Academy Ability to lift weights as specified Access to an SUV (or equivalent) Prioritizing Your Well-being: At EverLoved, 'work-life balance' is more than a phrase; it's the essence of our practice.
