Hiring: Restaurant General Manager
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/yr. (Based on Experience)
Location: Overland Park, KS

The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant. This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth. The General Manager must hire, train, and develop Team Members that share the Wingstop mission-To Serve the World Flavor. The General Manager must convey the Wingstop Way culture to his/her team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the brand.

Uniforms Requirements:

• No tattoos on the neck or face
• No tattoos below the elbow (no coverups allowed: long sleeves or bandages)
• No facial piercings, except for one pair of stud earrings
• No facial hair, expect for a mustache neatly groomed above the upper lip.
• All fingernails need to natural and trimmed.
• All hair must be able to fit under the cap we provide.

Years of Experience Preferred/Required:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• General Manager must have a minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience.
• They much have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must have open availability.
• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
• Must be able to pass a 5 panel Drug Screen
• Credit must be in good standings.
• Are you able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Are you eligible to work in the United States
