Job Description

The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization is seeking a detail oriented, professional leasing consultant/administrative for our luxury high rise in Clifton, NJ

Requirements:

2 plus years of leasing experience
2 years assistant office experience
Proficiency with MRI Property management software
Proficiency with MS word, excel, and outlook
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills service skills
Detailed/organized
Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

Type leases
prepare move-in files
take and process applications
answer telephone inquiries
show apartments to perspective residents
walk vacant ready apartments
daily contact/communication/trouble shooting with the Corporate office, residents, vendors and all levels of staff
