Position Available:

Cohen Business Law Group is a leading Business and Intellectual Property Law Firm located in Los Angeles (Westwood - UCLA Adjacent) and we are seeking a dedicated and professional Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our in-office team for a part-time position. Schedule is daily but can be flexible as to hours. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and administrative efficiency of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable efficiently.
Handle general accounting tasks and related responsibilities.
Assist with administrative and office management tasks as needed.
Contribute to various management responsibilities that may arise.

Schedule:

This is an in-person role requiring a daily presence in our Westwood office.
Approximately 4 hours per day, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the right candidate.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: A B.S., B.A., or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting and trust accounting. Familiarity with Timeslips software is a plus.
Skills: Exceptional grammar and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and capable of managing their workload with minimal supervision and reporting directly to upper management.
