Job Description

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? We are seeking a Virtual Fitness Trainer to join our team at COMMUNITY LIVING OAKVILLE. As a Virtual Fitness Trainer, you will provide personalized virtual fitness training sessions to clients, helping them reach their fitness objectives from the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities

Conduct virtual fitness training sessions for clients based on their individual needs and goals
Create personalized workout plans and nutritional guidance for clients
Motivate and support clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their plans as needed
Provide feedback and encouragement to clients to help them achieve optimal results

Requirements

Certified fitness trainer with a recognized accreditation IS A PLUS
Experience in conducting virtual fitness training sessions IS A PLUS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
Knowledge of nutrition and exercise science
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to different client needs and fitness levels
Proficient in using virtual training platforms and technology
Passion for health and fitness
Experience in conducting virtual fitness training sessions is A PLUS
