Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will help with accounting related tasks as well as other office duties.

Responsibilities:

Calculate costs of goods and services
Track and record deliveries to customers
Distribute invoices for sales review
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office tasks
A/R reports and collections duties
Monthly closing and account reconciliations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks or other supply management software
