GREAT candidates for the Full-time Salesperson position will have: 
•    A positive, can-do attitude and desire to exceed expectations  
•    Knowledge of floor coverings and the flooring industry is helpful but not required. 
•    Building and managing long-term customer relationships 
•    Communication Skills 
•    Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 
•    Personable, Teachable, Self-starter 
 
Responsibly:   
•    Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s overall flooring & design needs to walk-in customers, homeowners, contractors and/or designers  
•    Build client relationships and conduct follow up on all jobs 
•    Schedule appointments for showroom, home, or workplace consultations to meet with clients 
•    Gather space/area measurements & calculate number of materials 
•    Create & present project proposals to clients for approval 
•    Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and sampling needs 
•    Mange time between showroom and prospecting for new business 
 
Starting salary 50+ depending on experience
