This position is a combination of primary care optometry (all our offices have outstanding optical dispensaries) performing routine vision exams, and medical optometry diagnosing and managing chronic disease as well as co-managing surgical cases with our top tier ophthalmologists including subspecialists in glaucoma, refractive, retina and advanced anterior segment cases using state of the art progressive technologies. The group has its own ASC as well and is comprised of 10 physicians (5 MD and 5 OD). Use the full scope of your license and provide outstanding care for your patients. THE FINANCIAL PACKAGE : This is a full-time employed position with a very competitive base salary plus lucrative productivity bonuses for optical and medical collections with proven $250,000 annual income potential. The financial package also includes a $25,000 signing / relocation bonus, CME stipend, licensure fees, professional liability insurance, paid time off, and an equity style profit sharing plan from our national platform of practices through ESP! Pursuant to CA Senate Bill 1162, the pay scale range for this full time Optometrist position is $175,000 to $250,000 per year.
