Contribute to our North Lake Tahoe community & join Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) providing utility (water, sewer, trash) & recreation (golf, parks & recreation, tennis/pickleball, ski) services for Incline Village & Crystal Bay, Nevada. Hiring a team member to provides lead support to the Accounting Dept. by applying the principles of accounting & financial reporting & staff supervision (incl. general ledger, analyzing/preparing financial info). Req: Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Accounting from university and five years accounting experience; including one year of supervisory or lead experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A CPA license, or progress towards, is highly desirable. Excellent organizational, administrative, analytical, interpersonal and customer service skills; good math/computer skills and able to work in a self-directed work environment with a high degree of initiative. Valid Driver's License and very detail oriented and able to prioritize and organize to meet schedules and deadlines. Strong and accurate computer, math and 10-key skills. Deal effectively and courteously with the public and all levels of employees. Handle changing circumstances in a positive manner; and use initiative and independent judgement to maintain status of on-going projects. Salary: $93,779 – $109,409/yr.
