BCBA Supervisor’s Role:

• Providing supervision to a treatment team of behavioral therapists who are providing direct services in home and/or school settings.
• Training/teaching your behavioral therapists.
• Providing Parent Training within these programs.
• Collaboration with teachers, school administrative staff, parents and your behavioral team.
• Working alongside the Clinical Director for guidance and mentorship.

B.I.G. Solutions Candidates should be Someone Who:

• Is an absolute team player who likes to work together in harmony and collaboration!
• Has a Minimum of 1 year of providing BCBA Supervision in both the school and home setting.
• Has a Minimum of 3+ years of providing direct services in both the school and home setting.
• Is Adept in professional collaboration.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, great decision-making skills, adept in problem-solving and a natural with interpersonal skills.
• Has an energetic attitude with enthusiasm for children’s success.
