Professional Engineer/Civil Site Project Manager

George & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Professional Engineer/Civil Site Project Manager in our Tallahassee, Florida office. The position will be the Civil Site team lead, direct engineering and design tasks as well as oversee plan submittals, reports and technical specifications.

This full-time professional civil engineering position with our firm will involve participating in various civil engineering assignments, including planning, designing, and permitting for project site improvements. This includes demolition, site grading, stormwater, sanitary sewer, access, paving, parking and utility connections for water, power, gas, and construction administration.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum designation as a Professional Engineer (PE) or acquired within one year of employment.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)

• Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD / Autodesk Civil 3D

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Ability to read and understand construction engineering plans and drawings, including sheet references
