Job Description

We have an opening in our Accounting department and are seeking a motivated, energetic and experienced accounting representative to join our team!

Pay Range and Benefits:

Starting hourly pay rate is $15 to $16 per hour depending on experience
Hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour paid lunch
Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 90 days

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create invoices for completed installs
Enter payments
Make outbound calls for past due and collection accounts
Answer inbound telephone calls
Update spreadsheets and CRM
Use templates to draft correspondence and other formal documents

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting general office/clerical or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
