The Tri-Com Consulting Group, a leading Staffing Company headquartered in Middletown, CT, has immediate openings for Junior and Senior Staffing Specialists and Recruiters. We will consider experienced recruiters, or ambitious, outgoing individuals looking to break into a new career. Someone with telemarketing and/or customer service skills might translate well into one of our Jr. positions.

Our Company is a team-oriented environment. We depend on the Staffing Specialist and Recruiters to represent our Company in a courteous and professional manner with special attention to detail.

The Recruiter / Staffing Specialist is the link between our field staff and our clients. This position also requires problem solving, extensive phone contact, and a variety of other duties.

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good organizational skills
• Requires minimal supervision
• Effective time management
• Fast learner
• Knowledge of or ability to learn about Information Technology
• Comfortable spending several hours per day reaching out to candidates over the phone to explain jobs, negotiate pay, and collect required information.
• Prior staffing experience a plus, but not required.
