Job Description

PROCO Roofing & PROCO Pest Control is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join our team.

This is an in-office position, with benefits and bonus opportunity. 

We are looking for a hardworking and smart person to help our company grow responsibly.

Job Duties to include/not limited to 

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
  • Analyze financial data to prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with our company values.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Generate insightful financial reports and presentations for the partners.
  • Collaborate with the Partners to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including P&L statements and variance analysis.
  • Oversee payroll and accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Support audits and tax preparation activities as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting financial operations.
  • Manage and optimize daily operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of performance and to analyze financial performance and implement improvements.
  • Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with our people-centric culture.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost-effective practices.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance related to operations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS - 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the roofing/construction industry and/or accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Budgeting and financial management experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and MS Excel and Google Applications. 
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
