PROCO Roofing & PROCO Pest Control is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Duties to include/not limited to
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
- Analyze financial data to prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with our company values.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Generate insightful financial reports and presentations for the partners.
- Collaborate with the Partners to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including P&L statements and variance analysis.
- Oversee payroll and accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support audits and tax preparation activities as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting financial operations.
- Manage and optimize daily operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of performance and to analyze financial performance and implement improvements.
- Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS -
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the roofing/construction industry and/or accounting or finance roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Budgeting and financial management experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and MS Excel and Google Applications.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
