Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales presentations for our quality roofing projects
• Receive pre-scheduled, qualified leads from customers that requested our services (No cold calling or canvass leads)
• Ability to drive within assigned territory
• Ability to close on the first appointment
• Ability to sell to a broad customer base
• Attend weekly sales meetings/trainings

Job Requirements:

• In home sales experience a plus, but not required
• Technical measuring skills a plus, but not required
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication/presentation skills with a passion for selling
• Self-motivated, driven to succeed
• A professional image, high level of integrity
• Strong Organizational skills
• Excellent time management
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance

Job Type: Full-time : 

COMMISSION : $150,000- $300,000.00 per year

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE HOME IMPROVEMENT SALESPERSON REGISTRATION
