The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $15 to $20 million in size, encompassing the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Suite tools effectively for project documentation, communication, and tracking progress.
- Lead and motivate self-performing crews to deliver exceptional results within project deadlines.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, to ensure profitability.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain project momentum and minimize disruptions.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry, with a focus on mechanical contracting.
- Proven experience managing projects ranging from $15 to $20 million in scope.
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Suite, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with mechanical, piping, and plumbing systems in commercial construction environments.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
