· 5+ years’ experience as a Restaurant GM with Full-Service, High-Volume Restaurant

· Hospitality Focused - Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times

· Strong business acumen – managing as a partner

About the job:

· Responsible for daily operations and staff

· Ensure that all controls are in place to minimize losses

· Build sales and control cost

· Hire, manage, train and motivate Team Members.
