Construction Sales Representative

Job Description:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Reconstruction Consultant to join our team and promote our insurance-related roofing solutions through door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing.
2. Conduct in-depth storm damage assessments and consultations with potential customers to understand the full scope of the storm related damage.
3. Educate customers about the benefits of our insurance-related roofing services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, establishing trust and credibility in the industry, and community.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to customers through our internal work flow.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to provide the best solutions to customers.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the designated CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the insurance, roofing, or construction industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
3. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for building new client relationships.
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections.
5. Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, including door-to-door sales activities.
6. Familiarity with insurance-related roofing products, terminology, and industry regulations is a plus.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit customers' locations.
9. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customers' schedules.
