Entry Level Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our friendly sales team. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of programs and services.

You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your area.

To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given fully paid program training, with hands-on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team.

In this role you will be responsible for these key areas:

• Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/ visits
• Servicing our existing client base and analyzing their needs to increase sales
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
• Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
   

You will have skills and experience including:

• Previous sales experience
• Ability to cold-call & plan to sales territory
• Self-Motivation and ability to work autonomously
• A passion for hunting new business and being recognized and rewarded
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
