Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Handle collections and ensure timely payments
Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Execute journal entries to validate financial data integrity
Provide backup support for payroll operations
Processing company commissions
Account reconciliations and analysis
Drive paperless process improvement initiatives within AR/AP.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision. Opportunity to drive improvements in financial processes.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software and tools for data analysis. Proficiency in excel and QuickBooks a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
