Customer Service/Sales Representative

Overview:
This position is responsible for positive and courteous customer engagement through operating the cash register and electronic scanner to itemize and total customers’ purchase, receive payment, and assist in bagging purchases. This position reports to and receives direction from the Manager and Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Establish long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and one-call resolution.
• Maintain strong knowledge of our DISH products, accurately respond to customers’ questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.
• Provide product suggestions and sell our products and services to customers.
• Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance, and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-5 years of restaurant, retail, sales, or hospitality experience recommended
• 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Politics, Media, Communication, History, or English (preferred but not required)
• 1-2 prior internships in Media, SEO, Business, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Relations (not required)
