Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the
daily operations. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient
operations, delivering exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have
leadership skills, a sincere passion for the food and beverage industry, and a proven track
record in managing a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurants daily operations, including staffing,
inventory management, and guest experience.
- Recruit, train, guide and mentor team members, ensuring they provide excellent
experiences to all of our guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses.
- Create and maintain an inspiring and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management
and cost control.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
