The ideal Assistant General Manager for this position has:

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• A passion for the restaurant industry
• Experience managing people and developing staff
• Knowledge and understanding of service standards, health department regulations, and relevant federal, state, and local laws
• A willingness to learn, lead, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• The ability to work flexible hours, including nights as weekends as needed
