JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a well-rounded accountant that can review and prepare financial information. This may include- General ledger maintenance. Reconciling accounts. Review of accounting information and familiarity with QuickBooks. Preparing a full disclosure compiled or reviewed financial statement. Preparing income tax returns for businesses and their shareholders. This includes tax research and advising clients on tax compliance and tax savings. Prepairing state and city/local tax returns such as payroll tax, sales tax, property tax and city taxes. Whether working on a traditional accounting/tax compliance engagement, or litigation support, our staff need to be able to review, understand, and analyze tax and financial information. SKILLS : Strong and clear oral and written communication skills Organized Be able to manage multiple assignments Work independently as well as in a group Data input and excel QuickBooks and tax software experience Compensation and benefits are more than competitive.
