Case Manager - Full Time - Bilingual

Your primary responsibility would involve assisting the team with case files for our injury firm. This role encompasses data entry, administrative tasks, and client management, all of which will be taught in-house.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in any field with an interest in consumer advocacy

• Ability to focus on single tasks and enthusiasm for learning (we will guide you on task prioritization)

• Organized and resourceful

• Team-oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES ALSO INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Contacting insurance companies to secure claim numbers

•

Inserting data into templated letters and sending them via fax or email

• Recording quick notes in our case management system

• Eventually communicating with clients through phone, text, and email

This position will be based at our Austin law firm near S. Lamar and Ben White, focusing on case file management.

EDUCATION & EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Some college education is preferred. Prior experience or education in law is beneficial but not required.

BENEFITS:

Medical benefits are voluntary and are paid at 50%. Vacation time, holiday pay and sick days are all a part of the benefits package but will be discussed in detail at the interview.
