Hiring: Store Manager/Restaurant Manager
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
Shift: Monday – Sunday, Days and Nights
Location: Pico Rivera, CA

As the Store Manager/Restaurant Manager, you oversee all store operations and financials, exercising discretion to meet company standards. You'll enforce policies, develop corporate procedures, and ensure associate compliance. Understanding all restaurant aspects, you're ready to assist in any role as needed. Your role is pivotal in upholding and executing Egg n Bird's vision and mission while supporting others in doing the same.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures accurate cash handling and accountability for all funds.
• Understanding of all restaurant roles and ability to assist when needed.
• Oversees daily operations, ensuring food preparation adheres to safety regulations.
• Efficiently schedules associates and controls operational costs.
• Manages inventory levels and delegates tasks effectively.
• Enforces company standards and coordinates assignments during shifts.
• Facilitates training and development for new hires.
• Monitors meal and break periods for associates.
• Maintains quality standards through product tasting.
• Demonstrates outstanding customer service and sets associate standards.
• Upholds cleanliness, health, security, and safety standards.
• Manages maintenance of building and equipment.
• Conducts associate meetings and maintains records.
• Collaborates with the corporate office and provides guidance to associates.
• Performs counseling, coaching, discipline, and mentoring as needed.
• Performs other job-related activities as required.
