Job Description

Synerfac is seeking a Chemical Production Operator for our client in Devens, MA. Our client is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of specialist and complex active pharmaceutical ingredients for pharma and biotech customers.

- Weigh, measure, and check raw materials/productions to ensure batches manufactured contain proper ingredients and quantities and that accurate inventory is maintained.
- Operate and monitor production equipment and maintain a safe and clean operating area.
- Complete daily checks and maintain the manufacturing area in an audit ready state.
- Assists in the cleaning of the manufacturing areas and process equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklift, drum dollies, hoists, etc.
- Operate and control reactors, electric motors, pumps, valves, filters, columns, etc.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to use a forklift (some experience preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical chemical manufacturing/engineering
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift
