This is not an entry level position for someone seeking their first job.

Candidates with no more than 2 jobs in the last 3 years preferred.

Salary w/commission range: $,60,000 - $115,000+ per year

The successful candidate will work with our Sales Team to write New P&C Business for the agency.

Position requires heavy telephone and email communications to reach our prospects - this is not a call center environment.

Successful candidate will be well versed in the sales process including:

Prospecting

Closing

Experienced in turning a no into a yes!

Requirements

Texas Property & Casualty Insurance license - Must Have

Insurance Sales experience - Must Have

Allstate Insurance experience - Preferred

This is not an entry level Insurance Sales Position

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Great Customer Service and Sales Skills.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Well versed in prospecting, presenting, and closing.
