Location: Onsite, Pflugerville, TX.

Compensation: $23-$24 /hr.

Reports to: Inside Operations Manager

Job Description:

As we continue to build a strong team, we are looking for a forward thinking, self-motivated, adaptable, and highly organized professional to join us as a Project Coordinator! This team member will report directly to the Inside Operations Manager. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing inside operations support on behalf of Longhorn Solar by assisting with the post-sale and post-installation administrative processing for our solar clientele. This team member is expected to exemplify the mission and values established by Longhorn Solar Corp. Essential functions:

  • Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and management personnel
  • Possess the ability to stay organized and detail oriented while multi-tasking
  • Provide updates to management on a weekly basis, regarding the progress of assigned active client projects
  • Apply for and obtain required permits
  • Create and supply install folders to the installation team
  • Check-in install folders after installations and create customer monitoring portals within 48 hours
  • Request inspections and track for completion
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections and communicate necessary information to electricians
  • Log accurate inspection dates into CRM software and adjust project actions accordingly
  • Submitting interconnections to utilities and processing rebates as applicable
  • Schedule utility shutdowns as needed
  • Update notes on projects (job calendar, operations agenda, and cash flow)
  • Maintain accurate task communication for transparency of projects
  • Gathering all necessary documents and photos to submit all financing payment requests to the financer
  • Manage and coordinate payments with customers by maintaining updated payment authorization forms
  • Request final invoices from accounting
  • Putting together final e docs and sending emails to customers upon job completion

Supervisory responsibilities: None

Work environment: This role is executed in both a professional office environment. Routinely using
standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax
machines

Physical demands: This role will require the physical demands of sitting, standing, bending, and
lifting. This role will require the ability to lift to 20 lbs.

Travel required: Minimal Travel is expected for this position

Required education and experience:

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Highschool Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent

Preferred education and experience:
• Prior experience in a Project Coordinator role
• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Oracle NetSuite Program experience

Additional eligibility requirements:
• If hired, you will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United
States
• Every employee of Longhorn Solar must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background
check if extended an offer of employment
