Job Description

Job Profile: If you are an experienced Document Control Professional looking for an opportunity to advance your career, then we have the job for you!

Description of the Position:

Provide timely, accurate, efficient preparation and management of documents; including sorting, filing, storing, retrieving electronic and hard copy documents; scan and store documents; check documents for accuracy; edit files when necessary; distribute project-related copies to internal project team members; create templates for future use.

Work with a small team of engineering and construction professionals in an office setting. Normal work hours on weekdays. Some overtime work expected. No supervisory work expected at this time.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience as document control professional
Must have experience using electronic document management systems (Aconex, Unifier, or similar)
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
Past experience in architectural, engineering, and/or construction projects preferred.
A team player

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
