VOXCS has been providing customer service and support since 2012. We created this company for those who are self-motivated and want to work from home.

Compensation

• Sales pay start at $15/hr plus commission.  You should make $23/hour on a regular basis
• Bonuses may be granted based on performance goals

Role Description

No cold calling! Warm leads only. Outbound sales pay hourly plus commission. We are also hiring customer support positions with a good hourly rate.

This is a remote contract role for Phone Sales for Online Health, Diet, and Hormone Replacement.

Paid training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills and ability to persuade customers
• Knowledge or experience in the health, diet, or hormone replacement industry
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using customer support software and systems
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Requirements

• Computer/Laptop: You must have access to a computer or laptop running Windows 10 or a newer version of the operating system. Chromebooks and iPads are not compatible with our systems.
• Basic headset with microphone. Noise canceling is required. No wireless headsets
• Your English must be great! Well-spoken, clear, friendly, and professional
• Distraction-Free Environment: You must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise to maintain professionalism and focus during your shifts.
• Wired Internet Connection: Your computer or laptop must be hard-wired to the modem for a stable and reliable internet connection.
• Internet Speed: You should have an internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps or higher.
• Valid ID: You will need to provide a valid government-issued ID as part of the onboarding process.
• Weekend Shift: You will be required to work at least one-weekend shift per month as part of your schedule.
