Bank Marketing

We are a full-service marketing agency with a great position waiting for you if you have 5-10+ years of in-depth bank marketing experience and can demonstrate:

- Extensive bank marketing expertise, both strategic and executional

- Ability to comfortably take over as primary agency contact with a multi-billion dollar community bank client, with creative and admin support

- Proficiency with commercial and consumer banking marketing strategies, planning and budgeting, products and services, processes, terminology, etc.

- Many banking campaigns under your belt, a strong knowledge base of what tends to work in bank marketing and what doesn’t

This is a hybrid position, mostly remote, with periodic internal meetings at our St. Louis County office and visits to client bank branch locations. Hours will vary, but tend to average around 30 hrs/week.

The ideal candidate will also bring:

- Proven ability to keep many trains running on track and on time; ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

- A natural at relationship building and communications with team members, clients and service providers

- Client-comes-first attitude

- Proficient with MS 365 suite

- Exceptional attention to detail
