Commercial general contractor is seeking a dedicated and experienced superintendent. Our company specializes in commercial retail construction with projects in California, Arizona and Colorado. We are currently looking for superintendents in the Colorado area that are willing to travel within the state. We have openings for the night and day shift.
Qualifications required are:
- Experience in the commercial construction industry
- Must be able to work weekends if needed.
- Willing to travel for the duration of projects.
- Able to prioritize daily and weekly tasks.
- Able to read blueprints.
- Computer skills, outlook, word, excel, etc.
- Flexible schedule.
The position will require you to:
- Oversee complete project from beginning to end.
- Manage and schedule multiple subcontractors and vendors.
- Meet with subs, clients, architects and inspectors weekly.
- Submit/email daily reports and pictures.
- Maintain a safe work environment including having weekly safety meetings.
- Work weekends as needed.
- Willing to travel
- Hands on work is required
