Hospitality Construction Superintendent - Jackson, TN
Tennessee-based General Contractor is searching for an experienced Superintendent for renovation and new construction of hotel projects. You can live anywhere in the U.S. and travel.
Projects are located in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas and Florida as well as other states.
All projects are completely subcontracted. No self-performed work!
Responsibilities include on-site supervision of subcontractors and all construction operations, subcontractor scheduling, and material deliveries. You will be on-site managing the daily work activities. Scope of work includes ground-up new hotel construction including site work, concrete frame and wood frame structures, and interior and exterior renovation of existing hotels.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years’ experience on Hotel renovation and new construction projects.
- Applicants must have prior experience as superintendent on ground-up and hotel renovation projects.
Compensation:
- $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience, plus benefits, per diem & housing.
