Finance Manager/Controller (RMY)

Site Finance Manager / Controller (need 2), responsible for the financial and accounting functions for the plant. Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and meet various deadlines in a busy office environment. As part of the leadership team, reporting to the VP, General Manager implementing new processes and procedures within the organization. She, or He must have mentored abilities & capable of promotion within 24 – 36 months. Base salary will vary based on the individual’s accomplishments but will likely range from $125K - $145K + 10% Bonus and an excellent benefits package. “Our client is committed to hiring top talent and there may be some flexibility on the compensation package for the right individual.” Desired background: • BS / BA Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred. • Several years’ accounting and finance leadership experience in a manufacturing industry. • Must have the ability to develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. • Responsible for maintenance and integrity of income statement and balance sheet including accuracy of recording to the general ledger, posting and reconciliation. • Development and maintenance of sufficient internal controls and reviews to ensure integrity of statements. • Work cross functionally initiating change, innovation, and development of direct reports. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Excel.
