Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Galderma Aesthetics team and serve as the main point of contact regarding the financial impact of the Aspire loyalty program covering both consumers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L impact accountability of the Aspire loyalty program with a strong partnership with the marketing director of Aspire.
  • Analyze and investigate trends for key P&L lines versus competitive data and historical data.
  • Analyze and investigate trends for KPIs, process efficiency, cash flow and liabilities, and identify and quantify risk from the above trend analyses.
  • Responsible for forecasting discounts and rebates impact to the P&L.
  • Responsible for modeling various pricing and consumer loyalty program scenarios
  • Responsible for calculation of the true ups on the liabilities for discounts and rebates.
  • Responsible for forecasting the consumer loyalty program impact to the P&L along with providing updates to the marketing director of Aspire
  • Assist with promotion planning which includes the liability calculation, pre-ROI calculation, and incorporating financial information in the promotion approval letter.
  • Ensure proper financial accounting for pricing and Aspire loyalty program.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in finance and/or accounting required; Master's degree in finance, MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or planning within corporate environment.
  • Experience in healthcare buy-and-bill, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or business-to-business-to-consumer model is preferred.
  • Strong track record of forward-looking risk mitigation to consistently and sustainably deliver on business commitments.
  • Successful experience with P&L management & strong business partnering.
  • Experience in financial planning and/or analysis in mid-sized and large corporate structures.
