Paid Training Provided - all you need is Basic Customer Service / Phone / PC skills or experience, experience can be in-person with customers, on the phone or at a Call Center. The work is mostly having conversations with customers on the phone and enter information in a PC, this is NOT Technical Support or Helpdesk type of work.

- IF you have done: Reception, cashiering, retail, sales, customer service front desk, reservations, collections, hotel front desk, secretarial work, restaurant hosting, telemarking, appointment setting (on the phone). . . You can be considered for this job.

SUMMARY:

• This position is for an Inbound Customer Service Call Center Representative providing outstanding levels of customer service and accurate scheduling tasks.
• Reps are expected to multi-task using multiple screens to look up customer information and scheduling appointments via telephone in an efficient and effective manner, while displaying a pleasant, courteous, and professional level of assistance.
• Proper call documentation, organization and follow through is essential to ensure the best customer experience.
• Follow call-handling procedures to assure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.
• Meet call handle volume and productivity performance metrics.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
• The BrokerBay Live Concierge Support position is located on-site in Salem, OR in an office (call center) environment.
• This is a 40 hour a week position with occasional opportunities for OT.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Pass drug test & background checks
  • Basic PC, Typing & Data Entry skills
  • Able to work a 1st shift, there is no 2nd/3rd shifts
