We are one of NC's most progressive and highest paying auto dealers! Our service department is GROWING and we are NOW HIRING Master, A/Level 3, Level 2/B, Level 1/C & Lube/Tire technicians for our service departments.

Ideal Technician Candidates:

-1+ years minimum previous automotive technician experience in a professional setting (franchise or independent dealer service center or secondary shop)
-Should possess own hand tools (depending on skill level)
-Chrysler Certifications are a PLUS
-GM Certifications are a PLUS
-Any ASE Certifications are a PLUS
-State Vehicle Inspector's License is a PLUS
-Auto Technology Certification/Degree is a PLUS
-Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a PLUS
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Must be team oriented and focused on a high level of customer service
-Must be on time and dependable

-Master/A/Level 3 Techs Earn $30 to $50/hr Flat Rate (based on exp, skill level, certs)-Earning Potential OVER $120,000+/yr (based on exp)
-Level 2/B Level Techs Earn $25 to $29/hr Flat Rate ( based on exp) Earn $52,200-$61,400+/yr
-Level 1/C Level Techs Earn $18 to $24/hr (possible clock or flat rate based on exp) Earn $37,500-$50,400+/yr
